Yikes !!! Every weekend I enjoy myself; spend the rest of the week trying to get rid of it🤬🤬 I have a problem
165.0 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Omg I totally feel you. I am making the same mistake every weekend I have some type of event that make me go over my daily calories and then I spend all week getting them back out. I told my husband I think I am going to have to stay home and not make any plans for a while.

I am frustrated w this app. I took a picture of the nutritional value meal that I had for lunch and I can’t add it to my entry for lunch. It looks like I did not have lunch

maybe... instead of having a cheat day.. it is better for you to have 1 cheat meal every week... not all the day but only one cheat meal.
