So far so good. I changed my diet to Atkins. I need to keep my carbs below 100 per day to lose weight.

Today will be a challenge. I'm going out with a friend, and we will stop to eat. Yikes.

It went well. Restaurant didn't have any nutritionso info on their website so I guessed. I brought a doggy bag home. I want over my calories a bit. But my carbs stayed low. We'll see what my morning weigh in brings...
