ChicaLean's Journal, 20 April 2018

I went way off of my eating plan and had some real junk for the first time this week. But I'm ready to hop back on the health wagon after a brief detour. I plan to be a lot happier with what I track today. One meal at a time and on the road to healthier decisions.

Yes, lilbit but it can adjust based on you weight, activity level, body type, etc. I didn't consume excessive calories but I ate some food that was not great quality.

Hey lilbit, on this site there are many examples of people that have reached and continue to maintain their goal levels. They have used various diet and fitness plans. But you have to find what works for you. I consider this app a great tool for accountability, a way to receive support, extend support, connect with others and learn. Use this tool the way that works for you. Get focused! If you fall off get back up and start again. Let the great days outnumber the not so good ones. Best wishes on reaching your goals.
