A new month, a new weight! Wow! I haven't been this weight for over 2 years and I am thrilled.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1116 kcal Fat: 75.88g | Prot: 75.85g | Carb: 34.16g.   Breakfast: eggs, tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), mushrooms. Lunch: celery, cucumber, Lettuce, spring onions, red pepper, Hellman's real mayonnaise, Hartley's sugar free jelly, double cream, ham slices - thick, cooked (Tesco), boiled egg. Dinner: double cream, Hartley's sugar free jelly, broccoli, Chicken Breast, cabbage, butter. Snacks/Other: nectarine, Advantage Chocolate Brownie Bar. more...
