A new month, a new weight! Wow! I haven't been this weight for over 2 years and I am thrilled.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1116 kcal Fat: 75.88g | Prot: 75.85g | Carb: 34.16g.   Breakfast: mushrooms, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tomatoes, eggs, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked). Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, celery, double cream, Hellman's real mayonnaise, red pepper, spring onions, boiled egg, ham slices - thick, cooked (Tesco), Hartley's sugar free jelly. Dinner: double cream, broccoli, Hartley's sugar free jelly, butter, Chicken Breast, cabbage. Snacks/Other: Advantage Chocolate Brownie Bar, nectarine. more...
