Soo...i think y that the scale might be off. I have been eating rather terribly, and this is the first time that i have actually exercised since before disney. Somehow I am actually down in weight. The only thing that I can think of is that I have lost muscle mass, but them again, that is why I am headed back to the gym and headed towards 170 lbs.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
