Yesterday went pretty well. Unfortunately i did not do bodypump-- my stomach was bothering me and it just didn't seem like a good idea. I did HIIT on the stairmill instead. I was SERIOUSLY tempted to skip the gym entirely so I was really glad i went and did something. Eating stayed on plan other than a serving of organic blue corn tortilla chips, and some pretzel m&ms after dinner. Not TOO bad.

This morning I have already gone for a run! Its a gorgeous morning so I wanted to take full advantage. I am working from home and possibly from the pool today ;) Only issue with working from home is I tend to nibble, nibble, nibble all day long and need to keep that in check today. Going to make a big panzanella salad for dinner tonight.

M1: coffee and a few shredded miniwheats (pre-run)
M2: scrambled egg+egg white, 1 oz cheese/cheese in flax lavash bread, strawberries
M3: salad with tuna salad
M4: fruit and yogurt
M5: panzanella, bbq chicken
M6: fruit
