Same exact weight as yesterday. I'm fine with that! I went out with some friends last night to celebrate the NCAA Basketball tournament games being held here in Wichita, plus, St. Patrick's Day! One of my friend's co-workers bought us a shot, and I think it was Sprite with vodka. Plus I had some wine. But it's all good. Today is a new day!
233.6 lb Lost so far: 135.2 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
