Down to where I traditionally stall out, but no chance of that happening this time around. I'm focused on controlling what goes in my body, and it is working despite all the physical and emotional challenges in my life. Another two pounds will mark the lowest I've been since I've lived in the last 10 years. Hopefully I get some good news next week that will help increase my mobility, I so very tired of not being able to sit, stand, or walk without intense pain and muscle spasms. RAWR!
197.6 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
