Trying to gain some muscle mass. Having trouble getting in the amount of food I need. I feel full ALL DAY LONG! Trying to fight the mentality of getting overweight. I was always the chubby kid growing up so its hard to maybe put on a few pounds in order to gain muscle mass. Just have to keep focus on the final goal, not the steps.
