TomLong's Journal, 22 February 2018

Skipped choir practice Wednesday night and did Monday's Shoulder routine. I walked with the wife on Monday, then went to bed early, so no workout. Trained Legs Tuesday, and managed to end the day below average calories, despite the trip to the cafe that morning after the doctor visit.
