I usually take Sundays as my day off from exercising but looking at my Fitbit info for the week, I need to do my exercise on Sundays. I finally managed 2 sessions on the treadmill yesterday and am encouraged by that. I was doing 2 sessions a day most days before the infamous fall down the stairs last July so it feels good to get back to where I was. So glad to see the days getting longer so that walking outside is more of an option. We have beavers in the pond again so I get the pleasure of pulling vegetation out of the drains...good exercise, I guess. :-)
This is the day the Lord has made; I will rejoice and be glad in it. Have a wonderful day FS family!
I had a great day! Managed to get 12,000 steps and did not overeat. The only negative came just as I was settling in for bed and the dogs would not quit barking. I had to go see what they had cornered...UGH, it was a skunk! I did not even get all the way to the dogs before i smelled it...stick a fork in me I am done!
