Sorry to hear about the foot and back. Take it easy for a bit. Hope the weather clears up quickly. Menu sounds great. Way to balance it out. Have a great day.

:-( about C..... Such a pain - but at least he could stay with his brother, rather than pay out for a hotel. It's been so warm here today - we were forecast a bit of rain too, but so far nothing.

The traffic sucks - I am so grateful I only drive 11 miles to work - I have only had one disasterous drive home where it took 5 hours to get home.....At least your hubby is now of for a nice long weekend. Oh please send some rain my way...my plants would be crying if they had any moisture in them for tears :(

All this talk of rain - we still haven't had any. I will have to water my veg and flowers (with a bl€€dy) watering can as I was out yesterday. Yes Jo... Fishing went well - it was sooo hot though and the "chemical" toilets were gross!

Hi Jo, i dont know how you manage with your steroid injections. I had one in my knee and the doctor said "this will be painful" so after she stuck the needle in, i thought, "piece of cake, didnt even hurt" then she wiggled the needle till it went in further and i felt nauseas. yuk xx
