All right, I'm pretty disappointed with myself about this weekend. I didn't eat too badly or even too much, but since it was Memorial Day weekend, I did have a LOT of beer. Went to a couple outdoor festivals, a beach picnic, concerts... It was amazing, but what do 20-somethings do on fabulous summer nights? Drink! I tried to find some MGD 64s to lessen the blow, but they weren't available at the festivals, so I stuck to Bud Lights and hoped for the best. I did work out as much as I could though. Now I'm afraid to check the scale, so I'm waiting until my weekly weigh-in on Friday and I hope I'll be able to stay at least neutral by then!
