It's been a crazy week for me so far. Not bad, just busy with lots of unexpected distractions, and tomorrow I pick up my 2 grandkids for a 10 day stay, so I don't see the craziness slacking up anytime soon. My weight has been fluctuating up and down a bit; I'm dealing with water retention due to traveling, and with it the frequent irregularity in my system too. I'm keeping carbs down and getting the fats up, but get too much protein more often than I like and too many total calories too. I'm still focused on the road ahead and the Lord is blessing me continually. It can't get much better than that! PTL!
