Some of this is "water weight" loss but this is the first week I've stayed to my plan 100% and am very happy not only with the results but with how I feel emotionally and phsically. : )
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
