Phooka's Journal, 17 January 2018

My eye has settled down today although Iโ€™ve a full blown cold with attendant nose- and face-full of cold sores. Hey ho!

Only today and tomorrow in the office then wfh on Friday and a blissful week off (well, I hope blissful). The week after is training and full day meetings which should be a gentle return!

169.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ohhhh the dreaded cold sore- horrible things- but you have a week off to look forward to- take care and enjoy your time off :)

That sounds miserable. I hope you feel better soon. It always seems unfair to use up your precious days off with being sick.

Lots of water, eat, rest and cross your fingers - nothing much one can do about the dreaded cold. Hope you manage to quash it before your holiday. The weight rise is obviously snot so no worries there :)
