A weekend of splurges got me off track but I got on the treadmill last night and I am going to keep going! Onward...
213.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean! We need to leave the weekend in the past and trudge on into the future. Today is a new day! Made good food choices and had a good walk! Yay! We will get there!!

Yes! I felt really good about turning it around Sunday night and getting in a workout and a light meal after mothers day brunch. Thanks for your encouragement!
