Whole 30 day 13. I am almost half way through the first round, down around 14 lbs. Now the detox worse is done , feeling pretty good almost to point if energetic I didnot have before. They call it tiger blood, I call not having lethargy. So far here is what I've noticed. Most times I am not hungry and if I am it passes with a little protein and water. I am sleeping better, working nights and used to staying up at night I found I needed to take two sleeping pills and now I am down to a 1/2 No Refux! That stopped by day 3, that's enough for me to stay in this plan alone Joints hurt less, still there at times but enough I could decrease the amount of ibuprofen I take.
