I'm feeling really bloated this week. It could be because I've been drinking diet coke this week and I haven't been recently. I have drank diet coke since I was 10, so I don't really think it's that. It could be because I'm getting my period next week. The weird thing is that I never really remember feeling bloated (like ever in my life) until months ago when I was eating those atkins bars. That doesn't of course include the feeling of over-stuffed-ness that I have felt on many occasions. When I stopped eating the atkins bars, after another week or so I felt normal again. I wonder if it's because I'm getting older? I can't think of anything else that I'm doing different this week... Well, tomorrow is a measurements day so I'm not really looking forward to it...

I see that your sodium is over 5300 for the day. Usually they suggest it to be around 2500 or lower. You might be retaining water due to that. Make sure to drink your water today (I know-water to lose water weight? sounds weird) to flush out the excess salts and you should be back to normal soon! Have a great day.

Thanks rksoup. I'm sure you're right. Sodium is so hard for me to control when I'm already worried about carbs and calories. I do, however, drink tons of water so I don't think I should increase that, just decrease the salt.
