Feeling good that I have seen this new number on the scale. Lost 5.4 pounds in a week, and it was some mild changes.

I didn't feel like I was starving or denying myself. I even had a small ice cream cone for a treat (after walking 6 miles on Saturday I felt like I deserved it!) I just have to keep it up.

My husband and I were watching my 600-lb life on Fit & Health...and I mean it could very easily spin out of control for anyone. It doesn't seem like "it could happen to me" but gradually my weight has crept up and up to the biggest I have been now.

So I need to continue with the lifestyle and the changes and the counting calories. I do have some short term goals for weight milestones, but ultimately I want this for a lifetime.

I have to be healthy for my family and for myself. I want to be around to enjoy them and I have alot of other things I want to accomplish.

236.9 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
