Holy! WTF is with my weight? Went up not only once but twice in a week.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 May 2012:
1550 kcal Fat: 47.42g | Prot: 54.83g | Carb: 187.71g.   Breakfast: 1% cottage cheese, Soft-Baked Bar, Ripe Strawberry, Green Tea. Lunch: Tomatoes, cauliflower, celery, lemon juice, broccoli, onion, spinach, zucchini, red pepper, carrot, garlic. Dinner: Ready to Serve Long Grain & Wild Rice Fine Herbs, Atlantic Salmon (Farmed). Snacks/Other: Whiskey, munchos, Gingerale. more...

It's completely normal. Your body is made up of 60% water so many things can make it fluctuate hourly. Factors such as too much sodium in the diet, hormones, sore muscles from exercise, eating lot's of carbs, medicine, stress, etc. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. It doesn't mean your gaining fat, it's just your bodies water weight bouncing around (as long as your on plan).
