Looks like the weight is starting to drop off. Down about 7 lbs already (5 of it in the 2 days I've been juicing). I haven't tried wheatgrass yet, not sure if I'm that adventurous. My usual juice includes either romaine or iceberg lettuce, maybe some celery and then either tomato, carrot or a sweet fruit like grapes to make it more palatable. Go easy on the sugary fruit though, don't overdo it.
