Packerrn's Journal, 17 March 2010

Been Gone for a while, life got in the way. I am back and I am strong. I stayed on track and I plan to keep on track. I have to day I have felt a little guilty about not updating my info on here but my results are good. I look forward to reporting the coming success. It is warm and sunny here in Cincinnati today and I cannot wait to get out to walk today. I feel great and am ready to get better.
