Good feeling - that you had to slow down for your partner :-). I have never run when it's warm, can't imagine how uncomfortable that must be..... Good job on keeping the training up :-)

thanks Skinny xx It is a little frustrating lol im only a little faster...few seconds maybe lol.Will soon jog alone(a challange of jogging before 7am) so looking forward to that :)

Man I struggle correlating paces in km vs. miles. Lol. But that's great that you had to slow down for the running partner!! Keep up the good work!

I am glad you mix walking with jogging. That is probably very good for you. No surprise that it is hot in South Africa, LOL! Just drink plenty of water and you will be fine. :)

I agree the pace correlation is not something I can grasp right away. we silly American's and our miles. I at least know the 5k = 3.1miles and can estimate stuff from that!

Lol yea the miles to Kilometers conversion also gets me as well as ounces/gallons etc.Here in SA we kept the old British metric system.So glad there are online converters that can help me xx Thx 4 the comments!
