I'm not sure exactly what I did in a day to lose a whole pound but I'll take it! I've also realized that entering exactly what I've eaten for the day is terrifying and it has made me really look at what I'm putting into my body. It has also made me think twice before having that scoop of ice cream or extra squirt of mayo because they really add up. I feel very positive about this so far but I am worried about this weekend. We are going on a weekend trip with friends and I know we will be out drinking and even 4 or 5 light beers can blow all of the great things that I did all week. I am asking whoever it is that watches over me for the strength and discipline to not binge on junk this weekend! I really want to do this for myself and I know that I will be the only one to blame if it doesn't happen. It's harder to hold myself accountable than it is to blame but I need to start doing it if I'm going to change my lifestyle. Wish me luck this weekend. I'm going to need it!
