Saturday...Finally, the scale is moving in the right direction with 147.4! That was inspiring, so off to Zumba I went & then I stuck around for a kick box class. The kickbox was a lot more work than I thought it would be, or maybe it was just the combination of the two together, but boy was I hot & sweaty after that.

Came home & made one of my raspberry donut muffins...yummy! I am trying a pasta salad recipe for lunch today, will see how that goes. Very nice supper planned of steak & shrimp scampi all on the grill, strawberry salad with mango dressing (new from kraft & VERY tasty)& some cauliflower.

Off to hop in the shower cause I stink! Back later I better be so I stay on track!

Congrats on having that scale move. As for the kick boxing - you are probably working out some muscles that don't get used in your other routines. I notice that when I switch to a new Wii game.

Wow! I want to be you, GG. Congrats on the weightloss and the kick boxing. Cort's sister Natalieis another member who does kickboxing. You should chat with her when she comes back from moving.

WOW... listen to you! I am truly impressed and wished I had the energy and weight gone so I could go and kick something!! LMAO!!! My boss would be the first one... I would pretend she is a box... then kick the poo out of her. Oh ... not really... but she makes me mad. Love my job... dislike my boss. Seriously, I heard kickboxing was a lot of fun and a great way to exercise. Zumba might be more fun. LOL!

Helewis...we should trade for a weekend or so...I would love to be able to do one of those 60 mile rides, but you would just LOL at my bike.

M.Trublu...they were fun classes & I hope to be able to repeat them. In a few weeks the "real" kick boxing instructor will be back from the Judo meets & then I hear that class is a lot different...the instructor is an olympic silver medalist in judo.

Mom2Boxerws...I have to confess....really, there were Several Moments while I was jabbing & crossing & hooking, that a few particular faces came to mind. I didn't know I harbored such aggression, but I do say, that releasing it felt Really GOOD!
