Just to clarify, I've been maintaining my weight around 145. We are ready to move on now (that's me myself and I). I'm sure that I'm okay being at 138. Emotionally I didn't think I was able to stay there because I felt ashamed to be that thin. I won't feel ashamed anymore because I have a new goal in my life. To be completely balanced and have an akaline body. Right now my body is slightly acidic and I can tell. I still don't get cold easily, but I still get things happening to my body that i don't believe would if I were balanced. So I'm headed back to the Body by Joetta Challenge. That's a mixture of all things that I've learned. Eat to Live, 6 Week Body Makeover Challenge, Eat Right America challenge, P90x, Taebo, the Firm, you name it, I've done it and so now I will combine these to make a program designed for me.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
