so a month later and im ten pounds heavier, this is the heaviest ive been for a long time. i dont know what to do it seems like everything i try doesnt work except starving myself. im not one of those people who doesnt stop eating yet cries why am i so fat, it must be my genes. i know thats not true im a scientist! i need to put a plan in place, get back into weighing myself everyday, get back to the gym AND STICK TO IT. i have so little motivation right now im finding it hard to even think of a plan. im going to follow the insanity diet plan again but reduce the meals to 3 not 5 as i dont have the motivation to start the workout plan just yet.
ARGH.i cant believe i thought that by having 3 weeks off to enjoy my holiday, whilst still trying to make certain healthy choices, that i could get away with not weighing myself. im thinking of joining the weight watchers pro points but its 30 quid and what if it doesnt work for me?? i have done slimming world before and followed i to the T but because i didnt use any of my 'syns' i barely lost any weight. apparently your meant to use up your bad allowances. i dont figure. anyway im gonna check out the weight watchers and see what i think. maybe changing my perspective on food should be the first thing i take care of.
