So after not being brave enough to put my weight on for two weeks here it is. Up on my previous entry but lower than it has been. Today is the start of a new week. How can the last couple of pounds be soooo difficult to lose.
142.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
