Todays walk and jog went ok!

Was battling with a tight left calf during the day. Did a lot of stretching and said to my self just do a 4k walk.

11min walk + 6min Run + 3min walk + 3min Run + 2min walk + 6m30s Run + 6m30s

stretch stretch. hope calf holds!Pulled it last year so not keen on pulling it again.

Oooh sounds painful... Be careful Marty, you don't want to pull it so you can't exercise... Best to rest it - have you tried a roller? I bought one a couple of months ago, because my hamstring kept hurting - it certainly worked for me. I used to use it whenever I felt my hamstring, plus before and after exercising.... I also put ice packs on it after exercising.
