3 sets (Pushups x 10 / Bicept curls x 12 / Floor press x 12 / Bicept curls x 12 , crunch x 10 alt knee touches x 10 , leg raises x10)
Today's Jog/Walk :
1min walk + 4 min jog + 5 min walk + 3min Run + 2min walk + 3min Run + 2min walk + 2min run + 3min walk + 7min Run + 6 min walk. Time 0h38.22 over 4.2K.
Pushed todays workout! Made it before the rain came :)(+-20min later)
Little disapointed about not loosing any weight on my weigh in but not too worried.Feeling beter and more confident xx

Nice job on the workout!! As long as you keep doing what you know is right, the weight will come off.. Glad you're getting some confidence back!
