Wow, so only up one lb after ALLLLL that bad food yesterday. I'm cool with that... No exercise, which probably would have helped, but by the time everyone was down except hub n me, my knee was starting to hurt, and I'd been up so freakin early that it just was not in the cards. So I popped a Tylenol pm and chilled watching some tv. Slept HARD until my alarm went off at 9. Got up n showered, then ran a couple errands, then began cooking for my Dad and his wife-they came over for a couple hours visit before heading home to Houston. They raved over my simple little casserole, and over my girls, we chatted about stuff, then they left. Good little visit overall.

Still to go: 45.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
