Despite having a free day yesterday - and I ate a lot, my weight is actually down slightly. This makes me optimistic that it was just water gain or such.
I am focusing today on being more careful/precise - might be just bars or just more thought on exact calories for food.

I'd quite like to see some real progress this week, but I know that my body needs to take time to readjust and that the progress is happening and I'll get the weight off as long as I keep focused. It's so easy to get discouraged after dieting for 3 months at how much I have to lose.
