My weight has been going up this week. I haven't gotten enough sleep,
but I don't think that I've been eating too much. I have been eating more
regular food and not paying much attention to my macro nutrients. There's
little to do but keep going and trying to focus more on eating regularly.
I'm just not hungry most of the time, which makes it harder.
258.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 123.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
