It's the morning after my weekly free day, so of course up a bit. It's really nice to be solidly in the mid 250s - so clearly finally under 260. I'm looking ahead to having lost 30 pounds & hope/plan/expect to be under 240 by the end of the year.

I am finding that I have very little appetite on my free days, so I don't eat a great deal more than I would usually, but, of course, some and bulk. I'm impatient for this weight loss to translate more into smaller clothes - but I can see the difference in how things fit and am down a size in many pants.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 121.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
