Off my feet for at least a week. Tore my calf muscle walking to car in parking lot on Monday. Not a great start to the week but I am blessed. Have amazing wife and awesome sons to help me through this. No surgery... just going to take some time to heal.

Ouch - don't envy the cool cast/splint/thing but I can imagine the bragging/stories could be made much more interesting when people ask, right?
