I went out late with friends last night and only had 4 hours of sleep. Ate a handful of grapes and cheese at midnight. I knew it would probably not be too good for the scale in such a short period of time. I'll get over it!
235.8 lb Lost so far: 133.0 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
