Whenever I can't figure out how many calories something is, I kind of give up counting calories for a while and then in a few days realize I'm not losing any weight--this is a pattern with me, and I think it's a real reason why I'm not reaching my goals.

That's a good realization. I've found that I have GOT to weigh and measure, because it's way too easy to eat more than you've charted. I don't want to play mind games like that, because ultimately it's killing my health.
