Started Atkins few days ago, so far so good. Still love cakes and pasta and all fruits, but love my beautiful cloths which I cannot wear anymore more.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
