Only lost .4 of a pound despite only eating 590 calories yesterday. Feel incredibly hungry and lacking in energy. Still,ahead of last week by a couple of pounds.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
