Had eggplant parmesan and gained :(
155.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How did you make? You can make it lower fat and lower calorie. Did you use a lot of salt? I bake the eggplant and use egg whites and measure out the breadcrumbs. Then I measure out the sauce and cheese. If it's restaurant, then it will contain a lot of calories and sodium. It will come off.
