Packerrn's Journal, 05 February 2010

Okay, I did eat lunch today but I have not put it in yet because I cannot find good Nutrition Information. I have a Cauliflower and Peas Curry that I made at home. All the ones that I can find Recipes for have a bunch of added oil or butter and I left most of that out. I will have to get the Recipe out that I used and just add it up from the stuff I used. Any advise on an easy way to do this?

Look up everything you used instead and add it to your journal that way. Yesterday I made a Vegetarian pizza you can look at my food journal and see how I did it to help show you what I mean.

I usually break down all ingredients. What did you put in the cauliflower and peas curry and how much of each ingredient?

You can also go to your cook book, enter the recipe exactly as you made it and then enter it in the food diary. you will get the nutritional information box on the lower right for your benefit. Then after you hit save it will be listed under your recipes. Then anytime you make it just go back to your cookbook and find that recipe and on the right it will say add to food diary and you tell it how many servings and you are done!
