Okay so here is some of my exercise ideas. I live in a valley so I walk, up hill with a backpack, I am not sure of the weight of the pack but I carry a liter of water, a paving brick, and a 7lb medicine ball in the pack. I have three hills I do and in that I walk a total of 2 miles (just a bit over) and it take about 45 min. So I think I am doing well on the exercise front. :-) Plus all the stuff I have energy for now around the house.
