2lb weight loss since NYE, starting at 12st 5lb on 03.01.12, now weigh 12st 3lb.
sticking to 1300 calorie intake and aiming for 2700 - 3000 daily calorie burn.

maths proving right so far as 6650 calorie deficit across the last 4 days has resulted in a 2lb loss.

Reward: for every 3rd consecutive day where goals are met i am enjoying a relaxing bath, face mask & foot scrub.

will have a 1500 - 1600 calorie day on sunday
