Doubly naughty on Thursday but I didn't give up. I even went for a curry yesterday and made sound choices to keep within my daily targets. Salmon tikka starter, Tandoori prawns with saag bhaji and cauliflower bhaji, no rice, coffee instead of the ice cream in the offer. Small healthy breakfast allowed for these calories. Satisfied with a one pound loss for the week
195.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
