I have done five days now of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, next week I plan to do five days of the fourth week workout, and this weekend try my zumba video game as a "treat," but still a work out. The week after is my final week before the "biggest loser" weigh-in with my mom. I will be doing interval running on the treadmill and likely lifting some weights, too. I am kind of disappointed I haven't lost any, but I did let go of the calorie thing for a while, so hopefully Ican get back on track and win this contest! After that, it will be more about finding time every day to work out and making smart food choices.

132.2 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
