Hit my weight from freshman year in college (21 years ago) today - pretty neat.

2771 kcal Fat: 118.57g | Prot: 104.88g | Carb: 348.25g.   Breakfast: Plain Pancakes, maple syrup, light butter, aunt jemima light syrup 80g serving. Lunch: crunchy peanut butter, wheat bread, ementhaler, banana, schwartau wellness - german low-sugar jelly. Dinner: bibb lettuce, refried beans canned, haricot, Enchilada with Chicken and Cheese in Tomato- Based Sauce, rewe joghurt dressing, rewe joghurt mild, brown rice. Snacks/Other: cashews, kabanossi, dark chocolate, banana. more...
