Feeling a bit more back on track....wasn't really off, but drinking on Friday night did not help. Have been snacking a bit too much...but at least they are good for me snacks for the most part (almonds, cottage cheese). Am working hard to get off the Atkins bar kick. Jazzercise right on track! Go me!
171.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
