Wow! Another 3 pounds off and I'm feeling a bit smug!
I ate out twice in the week but made excellent choices.
I've been following Patrick Holford's Low GL diet quite happily but decided to 'mix it up' a little and started following his version of the alternate day diet, keeping to the Glycaemic Load but reducing to just 800 calories for three days a week. I only felt slightly spaced out on day one, nothing since.
I'm starting to fit into my smaller clothing so have been playing 'dress up' by myself - great fun!!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
