Hurray! Lost a couple of more pounds. Energy was very good this AM. Am a bit worried that I have a colonoscopy next Monday though...am going to be sucking down sugary Italian ice and Gatorade in order to stay hydrated. Oh well....must be done!!

Well, I am sure as well, but Gatorade is highly recommended to keep up my electrolytes. It's only one day, so I'm not particularly worried about it. I've been doing fabulously on keeping on the diet. And just want to be sure to get cleaned out properly AND keep myself hydrated and not sicker than I know I already will feel. I've got a stock of sugar free Jello (yuck yuck yuck).
